ORDER THE TRIA TO HEX 3D PRINTED BANGLES DIRECT THROUGH OUR PRODUCTION PARTNERS SHAPEWAYS

Our preferred production partners Shapeways  can provide you with a direct service for the Tria to Hex bangles.

I believe these are  manufactured at the New York Production Facility however they may use a different production house depending on your location. We love the rest of the world to wear these stunning pieces of wrist architecture so we thought why not allow our customers to go direct to the source. The manufacturing is on demand so you can have exactly what you want , with a larger range of colours , and i believe a relatively quick turnaround time expedition with your choice  (5 days-2 weeks for a custom order i think is not too shabby).

The current bangle design is a round diameter of 66mm or 6.6 cms , this with suit a small to medium/hand wrist size , if you are uncertain simply check your existing bangle collection, please just make sure that you choose something with a round shape as oval like designs won't fit the same way.

Accessory Emergency is stocking hand dyed Black and Orange at the moment,  however Shapeways has a whole range of other Accessory Emergency approved hand dyed colour choices. So much fun

3D PRINTING IN HOUSE AND HOW IT HELPS ACCESSORY EMERGENCY DEVELOP BETTER DESIGNS

Yes! Accessory Emergency has its own prototyping robot, it’s a beautiful UP BOX  3D printer and it allows us to play around with ideas visually and mechanically before going to manufacturing.

It’s a great way to play and nut things out before proceeding to the next stage, manufacturing is fraught with little problems especially when your doing it yourself, but we've come up with quite a few proprietary solutions for things with the 3D printing process that we would have taken allot longer to discover without it, this is great because it means we have much less waste, more time, and have shelved many things simply because they didn't cut the mustard at the prototyping stages.

Check out these little experiments created with a 3d printed tool , and cast silicone, and also a silicone tool made from a 3D Printed master model.
